CILIPS has created an additional resource to complement the equality and diversity statement by CILIP in a Scottish context.
This section is intended to support best practice across Scottish LIS staff. Members are encouraged to submit via email (e: c.kearney@slainte.org.uk) any other relevant material as guidance or examples of best practice.
Recommendations for CILIPS Council were agreed in 2006.
A list of definitions and glossaries for terms relating to equality and diversity is included and guidance and toolkits for auditing purposes.
