SLIC Cancellation Policy: We accept bookings on the online form available from our website (above).  In making a booking clients accept our cancellation policy. Substitutions may be made at any time right up until the day of the event. Cancellations will be accepted by e-mail  without charge up until 4 working days prior to the event after which time the full fee will be due.  For non-attendance at a course or seminar there will be no refunds and the full fee will be payable. Where there is no charge for attendance an administration fee of GBP 30.00 will be charged. SLIC reserve the right to cancel a course if insufficient bookings have been received.  Delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the course fee. Data Protection: Your personal data will be used to administer your application for attendance at our courses or events and no other purpose. We will include your name and organisation on a delegate list which will be distributed to course attendees only. If you do not wish us to do so please inform us.
