CILIPS CPD course content was designed to complement the CILIP Body of Professional Knowledge and link to CILIP Framework of Qualifications, the National Occupational Standard (NOS) framework and the NHS Scotland Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF).

Participants:

• Identified the key skills required to be an effective manager
• Explored how to build and maintain an effective team
• Discussed the factors that influence the motivation of teams and individuals
• Identified their preferred leadership style and discussed how that impacts on their own development
