This CILIPS one-day workshop built on concepts introduced during last year's highly successful Preparing for Promotion event offered in collaboration with the Career Development Group.

The workshop provided an interactive, developmental experience, in which participants explored the concept of assertiveness in management - both in managing themselves, and managing others. This will enable them to project themselves more powerfully, and to interact with their teams in ways that encourage confidence, personal responsibility and problem-solving.
