Dewey Decimal Classification

The Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) system is the world's most widely used library classification system.

DDC is owned, managed and maintained by OCLC Online Computer Library Center. OCLC offers a set of Dewey services.

The basic language of DDC is American English. It has been translated into other languages, including

• Italian (Classificazione Decimale Dewey)

• Spanish
