This area includes a number of documents that are intended to help you make the most of Web2.0 tools. This area is still under development and we would be delighted to receive submissions from within the library community.

West Dunbartonshire Libraries: Social Networking Business Case: Richard Aird, Senior Officer ICT and Learning in West Dunbartonshire Libraries, prepared this document to put forward the case to allow previously blocked websites to be accessed in West Dunbartonshire Libraries. Of further interest is his blog post on the subject.
SLAINTE tagging guidlines: Many Web2.0 applications use "tags" to describe content. These are not standardised, by design, and instead rely upon a consensus amongst users to classify content. However it can be useful, within your organisation, to adhere to some general standards where possible.
