Public Library Quality Improvement Matrix (PLQIM): PLQIM is a quality assurance tool specially developed by the Scottish Library and Information Council (SLIC) for public libraries in Scotland.
Readership Development: This area contains information on reader development initiatives, including a projects bank and examples of good practice.
