Stirling
A project has been running for the past three months taking a selection of contemporary fiction paperbacks to the Stirling Council headquarters canteen every Thursday lunchtime, in order to promote the library and reading to busy council employees. The three month pilot project has proved successful with around forty new members and several weekly issues. Hope to continue past the pilot project period.

Comments from the council staff have all been positive, with many stating that they were too busy to visit the library and have started reading fiction again after years of reading work related reports and books.

Starting up a library based reading group at Bannockburn Library, Stirling. Open to all, this group will meet on a Tuesday evening once a month to discuss books and reading.
